Paul Budsworth is chief executive officer of Specialized Packaging Group (SPG). Since 2022, Paul has grown the company to become one of North America’s largest independent protective packaging providers. His strategic business experience and operational successes in leadership roles have been instrumental in SPG’s growth within the protective packaging sector.

Prior to SPG, Paul led Diversey Care’s North American region as president. During his tenure, he led strategic and cultural change and was recognized for driving business improvements by identifying areas of value creation with a focus on accurate and expedient execution.

Paul held roles in Sealed Air’s former Diversey division, including president, North America and vice president, Sealed Air Southeast Asia. While serving at Johnson Diversey, he held roles as vice president, food service and retail, Europe, and country leader and marketing and services director for the UK and Ireland. Before that, Paul held multiple leadership positions at Unilever.
A British national, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pure Mathematics from Manchester University in the UK.

Since joining the company in 2021, Joe has been instrumental in building the “One SPG” commercial organization, expanding sales coverage, growing revenue in key markets, and launching a structured sales management process.

As chief executive officer of the company’s Detroit business, Joe has led sustained growth and strategic transformation. He acquired and integrated businesses, reorganized and expanded the sales organization, established a presence in Mexico, and launched manufacturing savings programs, resulting in high EBITDA growth.

Prior to joining SPG, Joe held roles at Enprotech Corporation, including president of mechanical services and director of corporate development and chief business development officer of industrial technologies. Before that, Joe served in engineering and manufacturing roles at Visteon Corporation, a former division of Ford Motor Company. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Kettering University.

Since joining the company in 2024, he has served as a strategic partner to the CEO and the rest of the leadership team, focusing on optimizing financial performance and supporting key business initiatives.

Prior to SPG, Grant led financial planning and analysis for North and South America at Solenis, where he was responsible for the P&L in a $3 billion business. Grant held many Finance and Accounting roles at Sealed Air and Diversey, including Vice President – Investor Relations & Planning and Finance Director. Earlier in his career, he served as Lead Business Analyst, Facilities Development for Walgreens. Grant holds degrees in Finance and Spanish with a minor in Mathematics from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois.

Prior to joining SPG, Bobby was an investment banker at William Blair & Company in Chicago, where he focused on M&A and capital markets advisory. He also served as vice president at McNally Capital, a private equity firm in Chicago, concentrating on investments in the business services sector. Additionally, he was director of finance for ENTACT where he led the business through its sale to the private equity firm J.F. Lehman.

Bobby began his career as an Army officer, attaining the rank of captain. He completed two combat tours in Iraq and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal and the Purple Heart. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in civil engineering and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California-Berkeley Haas School of Business.
